COVID-19 UPDATE: INN CLOSURE

Updated March 23, 2020

Health and Safety

The health and safety of our guests, team members, and community remains our number one priority.  Given recent events in relation to COVID-19 and out of an abundance of caution, Margaritaville Island Inn will temporarily close on Tuesday, March 24.

At this time, based on the latest guidance and recommendations from state and local officials, we intend to reopen to guests on Tuesday, April 7.

If you have a reservation with an arrival date on or before April 6, our team members are reaching out to reschedule your stay or offer a refund if a deposit was taken.  Should you have any questions regarding these reservations, please email info@margaritavilleislandinn.com.

Changes in Travel Plans

We understand that our guests’ circumstances vary and we will continue to offer a flexible cancellation policy through May 1.  Existing reservations that are scheduled for arrival before May 1, 2020 can be changed or cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival, including Advanced Purchase rates.  Any new reservations booked before May 1, 2020 with arrival dates on or before May 1, 2020 can be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival.

Guests who booked reservations with third parties such as online travel agents, including Expedia and Booking.com, will need to contact those booking providers for assistance.

The policies above pertain to individual reservations. For questions or concerns related to Group bookings, please email groupsales@margaritavilleislandinn.com.

Thank you for your understanding, patience, and continued support.  Our thoughts are with everyone during this difficult time for so many, and we look forward to welcoming you back to Check Inn and Chill Out soon.
